I am a PhD student in Computer Engineering at Louisiana State University and a research assistant in Center for Computation and Technology under supervision of Dr. J. Ramanujam. My primary reasearch area is artificial intelligence with specialty in computer vision. I have worked on variety of projects including Person Re-identification, Object Detection, Instance Segmentation and Pose Estimation. At Lsu, I have collaboration with Herbarium and Biology departments, developing deep learning models on multiple projects.
With over 4 years extensive research on deep learning algorithms, I have gained pratical hands-on experience on several python libraries including Open-CV, Pandas, Matplotlib, Numpy, Scipy, Sickit-Learn and frameworks including Pytorch, Tensorflow and Keras. I am passionate about solving real world challenges with quantitative methodologies and data-driven approaches. My research interests are Computer vision, Visual Image Analysis and Deep Learning.
